Ocean Coral Spring and Ocean Eden Bay are two brand new-feeling all-inclusive resorts by H10 Hotels, sitting side by side on the beach at Coral Spring in Trelawny, Jamaica, about 45 minutes from the Montego Bay airport. Ocean Coral Spring opened in 2019 as a five-star family resort, and Ocean Eden Bay next door is just for adults. My fellow Travitude Travel Group travel consultant Barbara Durley and I toured both together, and wow, there’s a lot to love here!

Our visit

Barbara and I explored these resorts during our Jamaica site inspections in October 2024. We only had about 2 hours, and I was VERY VERY impressed with what we saw! Please keep in mind it was a very stormy, rainy day. It had just finished pouring and was still raining on and off, so picture all of this with bright blue skies!

Two resorts, side by side

Here’s how it works. Ocean Coral Spring is the family resort, and Ocean Eden Bay is the adults only property right next door. The lazy river is what separates the two. Adults staying at Ocean Eden Bay also have access to Ocean Coral Spring, so you get even more pools, restaurants and bars to choose from. Some areas are exclusive to Ocean Eden Bay guests, so adults always have a quiet spot to escape to.

Ocean Coral Spring for families

This is such a great family resort! There’s a kids water park with slides and splash areas, a playground and a kids club. There’s daily activities and nightly entertainment too.

My favourite thing for families? The Daisy Rooms. They’re located right by and overlooking the children’s water park, with close access to the kids playground, kids club and more! They even have a family and kids buffet area right there, so the kids can grab snacks without having to head over to the main area.

Pools, lazy river and swim-up bar

The pools are HUGE! Ocean Coral Spring has 2 huge pools and 2 jacuzzis, plus the lazy river with a gentle current and a swim-up bar. There are also swim-out rooms that step right into the pool.

The rooms

The rooms are modern and bright, with fun black and white patterned floors. This junior suite had two beds, a sitting area, a balcony with a hanging chair and a jetted tub in the bathroom. Swim-out rooms and rooftop rooms are available too.

And here’s something I love: this is a resort where a family of 4, no matter how old the kids are, can all fit in one room! That makes it so great for families with teenagers, or for adult friends who want to share.

And the lobby is gorgeous, bright and open, with those same striking black and white floors.

There’s a lobby bar and lots of comfy seating, so it’s a great spot to grab a drink and cool off between the pool and the beach.

Ocean Eden Bay (adults only)

Next door, Ocean Eden Bay is the adults only resort (18+), and every room is a suite. It has its own beautiful lobby, a pool overlooking the sea and swim-up suites. For an extra touch of luxury, the Privilege suites come with access to the Privilege lounge, a private restaurant and a private beach area.

The Rooftop Jacuzzi Junior Suite

Okay, this one was a showstopper! The Rooftop Jacuzzi Junior Suite is two storeys, with the bedroom on the main level and stairs leading up to your own private rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi, loungers and a covered lounge area. This room type is available at both Ocean Eden Bay and Ocean Coral Spring.

There’s no shortage of places to eat and drink! At Ocean Coral Spring you’ll find:

6 à la carte restaurants plus a buffet (1 specialty restaurant has an extra charge)
2 snack bars and an ice cream shop
6 bars, including the swim-up bar

Over at Ocean Eden Bay, Captain’s Market is the buffet, and Senses is the dinner show restaurant. Don’t forget, Eden Bay guests can dine at Ocean Coral Spring too!

The beach

Both resorts sit right on the seafront at Coral Spring, with white sand and turquoise water. Even on a grey day, it was beautiful!

Our verdict

Barbara and I were so impressed with these two resorts! Ocean Coral Spring is a fantastic pick for families, with the water park, kids club and Daisy Rooms making life easy for parents. And if you’re travelling as a couple or with friends, Ocean Eden Bay gives you an adults only escape, with the bonus of everything at Ocean Coral Spring next door. It’s also a great setup for multigenerational trips, with the grandparents at Eden Bay and the kids and grandkids at Coral Spring!
