We have never worked with a travel agent before and after seeing how much support we received from Barbara, I don’t know if we would plan a trip without reaching out to her in the future. We began by giving Barbara our ‘must haves’ and price range for our trip and she quickly shared a number of resorts that fulfilled our wishes. Even after I began to second guess our original choice, she kindly and quickly came up with additional suggestions. In the end, we stayed with her original suggestion in Punta Cana and had a fabulous time! The resort was beautiful, but on top of that, everything worked out very smoothly from the ease with our transportation including flights and bus transfers from the airport and back to the ease of the check in process because everything was completed in advance as needed. March 2025I’ve done a few trips through Barbara over the years… a lot of the time I go solo traveling. Each time I’ve had an incredible time. Ive gone to Dominican three times. She also booked my families big vacation and an insane GAdventures trip all over Peru which included a 46 km hike of the Inca trail to Machu Picchu. Each of these travels she has been there making sure I get through the airport and even inquires to make sure I arrive at my appropriate destination. This included being available outside business hours for questions and help!!!! The water slides and the kids club were a hit. For the adults the food was fantastic with many options. South AfricaMy family and I were scrambling after booking our own trip and finding out that the Covid guidelines would not be met at the location we chose due to a recent exposure and continuing to test positive on a PCR. We reach out to Karen who was able to help us find a new spot last minute. Best of all the place was wonderful. The Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort, Cancun Mexico was perfect for our family. We had a blast at the water park, our kids enjoyed countless days at the kids club. Every time we went to check up on them they were well looked after and were having so much fun that they didn’t want to leave. This gave my wife and I a lot of time to read and relax, which was needed after the last few years. We were so thrilled to have a wonderful gift basket from Karen upon arrival and knew that she was available should new regulations come up or cancellations. With so much uncertainty and so many options being able to rely on a trusted advisor that knows what you are looking for and saving you time and money is a must.

Dreams Playa MujeresHaving just returned from one of the most amazing and memorable bucket list trips I’ve ever dreamed, I cannot resist sharing how grateful and thankful I am for all the help I received from Karen for all the help and assistance getting me to Micronesia and back. With nothing more than a general idea of where I wanted to go, I reached out to Karen and asked her for some assistance in putting a trip together. Karen without hesitating jumped right in and helped create a trip that far exceeded my expectations. This trip on average takes most people a year to plan but, Karen was able to help me organized and get booked in 3 extremely short weeks. The entire trip was organized, well planned and never did I question if any details were missed. Karen took care of everything, making sure every detail was covered. I also knew that while she wasn’t with me Karen took the extra time to monitor my trip progress ready to jump-in if something went wrong.
