Terms & Conditions

All entrants must be Canadian residents over the age of 21 and be legally eligible for travel to the United States and other nations of the Caribbean. The contest closes on December 14, 2026. The draw will be conducted on December 21, 2026.

The winner will be notified by December 21, 2026, or within two weeks of the competition closing date. The winner will be randomly drawn from the eligible prize pool. Entrants must complete the contest ballot in full and confirm they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

The selected winner must respond within 72 hours of notification to accept the prize, or an alternate winner will be selected. Notification attempts will be made via the telephone number or email address provided at the time of entry.

Prize Details

The prize consists of a 7-night Caribbean cruise for two (2) in a Veranda stateroom aboard a Celebrity Cruises ship. The winner may choose from all Celebrity ships sailing in the Caribbean, subject to availability.

The prize also includes round-trip economy airfare for two (2) between Canada and the cruise embarkation port, booked through Air Canada.

Additional Conditions

  • The winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, and gratuities associated with prize use.
  • Cruises are subject to availability and are not valid during holidays, peak dates, or special events.
  • Transportation to and from the ship is not included.
  • All expenses not expressly stated, including passports, visas, insurance, meals off the ship, parking, and incidental costs, are the responsibility of the winner.
  • Beverage packages, Wi-Fi access, specialty dining, spa services, and onboard incidentals are not included.
  • The winner and travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary.
  • No guest under the age of 21 may occupy a stateroom unless accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older, except for legally married couples under 21.
  • The cruise must commence prior to December 31, 2027.
  • This prize is valid for new bookings only and may not be applied to existing reservations.
  • The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be sold or bartered.
  • Blackout dates include July sailings and voyages over the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s holidays in 2027.

Flights – Conditions

  • All airport taxes, security charges, and third-party fees are the responsibility of the ticket holder.
  • Tickets are valid only on Air Canada, Air Canada Express, and Air Canada Rouge.
  • Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.
  • Changes to flight date or time may be permitted prior to December 31, 2027, subject to Air Canada change fees.
  • Stopovers, multi-city itineraries, upgrades, Aeroplan points, and lounge access are not permitted.

General

  • The Travel Agent Next Door reserves the right to modify or substitute the prize or any part thereof.
  • Employees of The Travel Agent Next Door, Celebrity Cruises, Air Canada, and associated partners are not eligible to enter.
  • Personal information is collected solely for contest administration and promotional purposes.
